Rental Agreement

All Rentals are Subject to Terms and conditions as defined on the rental agreement.

Getting Insurance

In the Event of an Accident, the Renter is Liable for all Damages including Salavage Charges, Legal Fees, and damage to third party Property. Insurance is Complusory and can be purchased at $20.00 Per Day. Subject to non-breach of the Rental Agreement Liability of damage incurred to the value of $3000 and $5000 for 4WD’s is the sole responsability of the driver. Towing fees, Underbody, Windscreen and tyre damagesare entirely at renters risk.

Traffic Fines

Any Parking & Traffic Infringments are the responsability of the Renter. Fines can also be directly paid to Marina Car Rentals (Fiji) PTE LTD.

Drivers Licence

Any Active Local/International Driver license is accepted. The minimum age of hirer must be 25 years.

Vehicle Fuel

Petrol is not included in our rates. Each Vehicle is Supplied with a Full Tank of Petrol which is to be filled at the renters expense on return.

Group Availability

Should a particular Vehicle not be available in the group requested, Marina Car Rentals will endeavor to provide an equivlent model.

Payment

A Bond of $1000.00 plus the estimated cost of hire is required at the commencement of the hire. Adjustments will be made once the vehicle is returned. It is company policy not to accept personal cheques
